We do our best to make sure that we cover import and taxes so that you do not have too, however, sometimes this is out of our hands as some countries have their own rules. Especially if you are outside of the UK or EU.

Returns Policy:

Maybe your item doesn't fit? Maybe you've just changed your mind? As we make most items to order, we now only accept refunds in exchange for a gift voucher to spend on site. Please send your item/s back to us (as below) and then we will send you an email with your voucher to spend as you wish on something else on our website. 

Just package your item/s back up (using the original postage packaging if possible), email us for a returns form, and post your item back to our UK or EU address’:

Take your parcel to your local post office and send it back to us, we recommend sending by recorded delivery so that you can make sure your item is returned safely.

If we believe the item has been worn or damaged, we will not accept the return, and the product will be sent back to you. However, if you believe you received the item already in this way, then please ‘contact us’ first.

Some items are not eligible for a return, so make sure to read the description on an item before purchasing it. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You'll be automatically credited with a voucher to spend on our website for the full original amount (minus shipping).
